Notice the little smile as he blithely threatens to withhold benefit checks to United States citizens? Many of which are sick, disabled, and/or elderly. And of course he's also talking about veterans and their families. What a guy.
This is a typical union tactic. Threaten to withhold the thing(s) that would hurt the opposition most. The GOP should replay this over and over during the campaign leading to 2012.
